3. How to configure your VoIP account in Siphon?

  1. Open "Settings" on your iPhone.

  3. If you want to use Siphon, even if you are not connected through Wi-Fi (you are connected using 3G or Edge), enable "Siphon over EDGE/3G".
  4. If you need, you can use the "Advanced settings". (normally not necessary).

4. How to make VoIP internet calls using Siphon?

You will probably use the Siphon app primary for outgoing calls. If you close the Siphon, nobody will be able co call your VoIP phone number. There is now way how to let run the Siphon in the background. :-(

  1. Be sure that you are connected to the internet.
  2. Start the Siphon app.
  3. You have to see the "Connected" message in the right top corner. It means that you are successfully connected to your VoIP SIP server.
  4. Now you can dial any number or choose one from your contact list..
